Thank you for replying to our Survey. The Results are in!
We would like to thank all our clients, who thoughtfully completed and returned the Survey that our Marketing Firm sent out, and for all of the comments and suggestions that you provided.
The survey was done in an attempt to find out what we are doing right and what areas we can improve upon. The marketing company said they have never seen as high a percentage of return on that type of survey, and they were very impressed by the incredible positive comments.
While some of you did suggest we make a few minor changes and we definitely received some great new ideas, the results were as follows; 46.7% gave us an A+ or better rating (one client added 4 +'s to the A+) and 36.8% gave us an A rating. The remainder was 16.5% at B. We were ecstatic that we received no surveys with less than a B rating!
We will continue to work hard to live up to the level of trust that you put in our products and services and commit to our continuing effort to improve even more, while working to provide the additional services and products you have requested.
